- I
used my credit card number to book, but I did't get a charge on my bank
account. Why?

We only
use credit card
information as a guarantee for the reservation, but the payment is not
required until departure, unless other is agreed.
- I
need to cancel my reservation. How do I do it, and how much does it
cost?

It is
important that you
make your cancellation in the same way and through the same channel you
used to book. If you booked direct at the hotel, or on hotelpetit.dk
booking system, as a general rule you can cancel your booking without
penalties until 4:00 pm of the arrival date ( click
here
for details and exceptions). If you booked through another channel
(e.g. a travel agent, a tour operator, another online booking system),
you should check directly with them the rules which they established
and which they will apply.
- Can
I book a room suitable for persons with handicaps and for wheelchair
users?

Some of
our rooms are
suitable for persons with handicaps and wheelchair users. We kindly ask
you to put a note in your reservation, specifying your needs, or to
contact us directly. The assignment of the desired room is not
confirmed until you receive our reply.
- May
I bring my pet with me?

Unfortunately not. We don't accept pets, indipendent from race and
size.
- May
I smoke in the hotel and in the room?

No, sorry. The whole hotel, both public areas and guestrooms, is designated as smoking free.
- How
do I get to the hotel by car?

- Where
can I park? How much does it cost?

Our
parking costs DKK 50.00 per day (from 2:00 pm on arrival date
to 12:00 pm on departure date). The city parkings are free in low
season,
while in other periods the price is DKK 10.00 per hour (but only
between
8:00 am and 6:00 pm). Parking in remaining areas is free where allowed.
The parking cannot be reserved in advance.
- What
is the check-in time? The check-out time?

The
check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.If
you arrive earlier, we can ikke guarantee that your room will be ready,
but if it is, of course you will get your room immediately.
If you expect to arrive later, we kindly ask that you write your
expected arrival time in your reservation (together with your mobile
telephone number), and that you contact us, should you be delayed.
Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
- At
what time is the breakfast?

Our
rich buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room at the side of
the reception from 7:30 am to 10:30 am
- How
can I connect to the Internet?

You
can connect to the
Internet with your computer using our wireless network, which is
available in the public areas and all guest rooms, including the ones
located in the annex. The access is free of charge, but you need to
input a password, which you can get at the reception.
- Where
can I eat dinner?

There
is a wide variety of
restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel. We will
gladly give you recommendations, and make reservations for you.
